Vicky Lau is a Hong Kong-born chef and culinary entrepreneur who transitioned from a six-year career in advertising and graphic design in New York to culinary arts. After training at Le Cordon Bleu in Bangkok and working at the Michelin-starred restaurant Cepage in Hong Kong, she founded Tate Dining Room & Bar in 2012, which became the first restaurant in Asia led by a female chef to achieve two Michelin stars in 2021.
