How does the digital loyalty program work?

It's incredibly simple: the customer provides their phone number, and you approve their visits from your manager interface. Points are calculated automatically according to your rules (per euro spent, per visit, welcome bonus, etc.). No paper cards, no app downloads for the customer.

What rewards can be offered?

You configure your own rewards: free meal, free dessert, percentage discount, free drink, special menu... You define the number of points required for each reward. Total customization.

Do customers need to create an account?

No, no account needs to be created. The system works solely with the customer's phone number. You enter the number into your interface, confirm the visit, and that's it. The customer can view their points via an SMS link if you enable notifications.

How are points awarded?

You configure your rules: X points per euro spent, bonus per visit, welcome bonus... The server enters the customer's phone number and the bill amount. The points are calculated and credited automatically. If you use our table ordering system, it's even more automated.

Can we create VIP levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold...)?

Yes! You can create up to 4 loyalty levels with custom thresholds (points, visits, or amount spent). Each level can have exclusive benefits: discounts, gifts, priority access, etc. Your customers progress automatically.

How much does the loyalty program cost?

The loyalty program is included in the ALaCarte Premium subscription. No extra cost, no commission on rewards. You only pay your monthly subscription fee.
