It's incredibly simple: the customer provides their phone number, and you approve their visits from your manager interface. Points are calculated automatically according to your rules (per euro spent, per visit, welcome bonus, etc.). No paper cards, no app downloads for the customer.

You configure your own rewards: free meal, free dessert, percentage discount, free drink, special menu... You define the number of points required for each reward. Total customization.

No, no account needs to be created. The system works solely with the customer's phone number. You enter the number into your interface, confirm the visit, and that's it. The customer can view their points via an SMS link if you enable notifications.
