Why centralise your social networks?
A restaurateur manages on average three social platforms, each with its own interface, its own rules, its own constraints. Multiplied by a lunch service to prepare, teams to brief and a kitchen to run — communication always falls last.
One screen, three platforms
Write once, tick your destinations, publish. Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram receive your post simultaneously, in the formats suited to each.
Smart automation
New dish added to the menu? Automatic post on Instagram. Event created? Notification on Facebook. You set the rules once, your social presence runs by itself.
Your identity preserved
Our AI generates drafts in your voice — tone, atmosphere, signature hashtags. You stay in control: every post goes through your approval before publication, unless you choose to let them go directly.
Three platforms, one interface
Google Business Profile
Publish posts, hours updates, offers and photos directly on your Google listing. Visitors searching for your restaurant immediately see your recent activity.
Facebook Page
Feed your page without changing apps. Photo posts, events, news albums — everything from ALaCarte.
Instagram Business
Publish feed, reels and stories. Prerequisite: a Business account linked to a Facebook Page (required by Meta). ALaCarte guides you through this setup in 5 minutes.
Automation: a presence that asks nothing of you
Create rules that publish for you. A few examples lived by our partner restaurants:
Daily menu published → Instagram + Facebook post
Each time you publish a new daily special on ALaCarte, a post is generated with the photo, the description and the hashtags. You approve in two seconds from your phone.
Event created → Google Business + Facebook post
Themed evening, Sunday brunch, New Year: as soon as the event is created in your calendar, it appears on your social networks with the booking link.
New permanent dish → Instagram feed
Added a dish to the menu? An Instagram feed post is suggested with the photo, a generated catchy caption and two targeted hashtags. You publish if you approve.
Which type of restaurant is this for?
The neighbourhood bistro that changes its menu every two weeks
Without the Hub, every menu change means a photo + an FB post + an IG post + a Google update. With the Hub, it is a single action.
The fine dining restaurant that takes care of its image
Instagram reels become essential. Without a tool, it is impossible to keep up. With ALaCarte, creation stays manageable between lunch and dinner service.
The small chain of 3-5 establishments
Each location has its own page but brand communication must stay consistent. The Hub allows you to write once and publish across all pages in parallel.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if I disconnect a platform?
You can revoke access on the ALaCarte side or on the Google/Meta side at any time. We immediately lose all permission, no posts go out. Posts already published remain on your page.
Does ALaCarte have access to my private messages?
No. The permissions requested cover publishing, reading public reviews and managing photos. No access to private messages, customer data, or detailed insights.
Does Instagram work with a personal account?
No, this is a Meta limitation (not ALaCarte's). Instagram only allows API publishing from a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page. Our tutorial guides you to switch to Business in thirty seconds — without impact on your existing posts or your followers.
Can I try before subscribing to Premium?
The Hub is included with the Premium subscription. You can try ALaCarte Premium for 30 days without commitment — platform connections, publishing, automation, everything works during the trial period.
What happens if Facebook or Instagram change their rules?
We continuously monitor changes to the Meta and Google APIs. When a rule changes (this happens a few times a year), we update our integration without any action on your part. If a permission must be re-validated, you receive a clear email with a direct link.
Your social presence, without thinking about it
Try the Hub for 30 days. Connection in 5 minutes, publishing right after.
How does it work?
Three steps, five minutes total. OAuth permissions are standard Meta/Google — you can revoke them whenever you want.
1. You click "Connect"
From your manager workspace, Social section. You choose the platform to connect: Google Business, Facebook or Instagram.
2. You authorise the application
Google or Meta asks for the permissions ALaCarte needs — publishing, reading reviews, managing photos. You confirm.
3. Publish from the Hub
Back on ALaCarte, your connected page appears with a "Connected" status. You write your first post, choose the destinations, publish.
