Why not just a paper printout?
The question always comes up. Our partner restaurants tried it. Here is what we observed over 18 months of real use.
Paper warps within a week
A wipe of a damp cloth, a glass overflowing, a napkin lying around: paper stickers wrinkle, peel off, become unreadable. Ours last at least two years.
An unreadable QR = no order
A QR that does not scan on the first try = a customer who gives up. Our stickers printed at Ledome have a print density validated on iPhone XR and low-cost Android devices.

Five formats, one for every table
Round 45 mm
€0.38Ideal on the corner of a wooden table. Discreet, professional, unnoticed by customers who do not look for it but easy to find when they do.
Round 60 mm
€0.52The standard for most brasseries. Visible from a distance, scannable even with a slightly older phone.
Square 50 mm
€0.42The visually flattest format, blends in with a place mat, a menu stand or the corner of a tray.
Square 70 mm
€0.68For tables with cloth or more distant areas. Large scan surface, ideal outdoors on the terrace.
Rectangle 80 × 40 mm
€0.58Bar / counter format. Discreet, fits the edges of furniture or the sides of displays.
How many to order?
Simple rule: one sticker per cover, plus 20% as backup.
Stickers last about 2 years in intensive use. We recommend an annual top-up of 20% to make up for wear and loss.
Neutral or branded QR? Your choice.
Neutral QR
The standard QR code with a small ALaCarte logo in the centre. Free, included in all plans.
⭐ Branded QR
Your restaurant name in the centre of the QR. More professional, more memorable — a customer who sees a "Chez Marcel" or "La Table d'Arnaud" QR several times absorbs your brand. Included with the Premium subscription.
How to order?
1. Open the shop
From your manager workspace, Marketing > QR Stickers section. You access the Ledome catalogue with all formats in stock.
2. Choose and configure
Select the format, the quantity, the type of QR (neutral or branded). The QR is pre-filled with the link to your menu — no technical work required.
3. Pay and receive
Secure card payment via Stripe. Ledome prints, packs and ships within 3 to 5 working days in mainland France. Email tracking.

Frequently asked questions
How long do the stickers last?
Two years in intensive daily use, with regular cleaning. More in less demanding conditions (tables not cleared 10 times a day). The vinyl resists standard food-grade detergents.
Can I order fewer than 20 stickers?
Yes, the minimum order is 10 stickers (format of your choice). Below that, shipping costs make the order unprofitable for us as well as for you.
Delivery outside mainland France?
Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg: shipping in 5 to 8 working days with a transport supplement calculated at order time. Other European destinations: contact us for a quote.
If my menu changes, are the stickers still valid?
Yes. The QR points to your ALaCarte restaurant page, not to a fixed menu. When you update your menu in your manager, customers who scan automatically see the up-to-date version. No need to re-order.
Can I customise the colour of the QR?
The QR itself stays black on white (technical contrast required for the scan to work on all phones). The central logo and the background can be customised with the Premium offer — request a quote via the manager, our team handles it.
